Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not necessarily. Many clients give us access instructions or a lockbox code and go about their day. If it is your first visit and you prefer to be home, that is completely fine too.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We bring our own vacuums, cloths, and eco-friendly products. If there is a product you prefer us not to use, or a special product you want us to use, just mention it in your quote request.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the size of the space, how often you want cleaning, and how detailed the job is. That is why we ask for a short description in the quote form — we reply with a clear, no-pressure estimate.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule. Details will be confirmed in your quote and booking messages.
Do you work with pets in the home?
Yes, we regularly work in homes with pets. Please let us know what animals you have so we can plan around them and make sure doors and gates are handled carefully.
